The Regional Museum Complex of Emilia Romagna is the Department of the italian Ministry of Culture Heritage and Activities and Tourism in charge of the promotional management of all the Cultural places and State museums (excepted the Autonomous museums of Parma and the Modena and Ferrara Galleries) of the Emilia Romagna region.
The use of the Places of the Ministry is regulated by the Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code. This use, depending on the needs of each event, can be subjected to the payment of a fee. It is mandatory to take out an insurance policy and a bank guaranty as a warranty for the State place or artwork.
If the concession of the places needs the presence of the internal Staff of the Regional Complex, either because of outside the normal opening times, or for the special needs of the event, you shall pay an extra wage rate and an extra bank guaranty.

If you need to ask the photographs of the artworks of the Regional Complex, or their copyrights, they are subject to a fee if for commercial use, and usually they are granted for free for study or achademic use.
